The Elephant Database is the largest online elephant database in the world and also possibly the largest database of animal individual animal records. Updated almost daily it presently presents 8922 captive living elephants , and 3903 location facilities from 125 countries in 6 continent regions, as a neutral unbiased documentation. Theres also records of 7656 dead elephants from living and extinct species, as well as a list of almost 200 fossils and dead speciemens of Proboscideans on display in Museums.
