Trubka was born * ? .

Vojtech Trubka was a Czech animal trainer and circus performer, performing throughout the 1930's, 40's, and 50's. He was one of the first performers to train based on an animal's psychology, selecting tigers and lions at a young age and training them to Maturity. Trubka trained a wide variety of animals, at one time having a troupe consisting of tigers, hyenas, lions, bears, and dogs. He published his autobiography, Mis Fauves, in 1947.
