Comments / pictures

In November 2008, Ned became the second elephant in history to be confiscated by the USDA for failure to comply with the Animal Welfare Act. He is temporarily being housed at The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee while preparations are made for his permanent housing at the Performing Animal Welfare Society in California.
