Genny C (Timba) was born wild 1977, captured 1979 . and imported 1979 by International Animal Exchange (Ferndale)

Genny C and Lilac were purchased together from Ferndale, arriving at Seneca Park in May 1979. Thirty year old Genny C. was New York State's first and North America's eleventh African elephant to conceive through Artificial insemination. The calf died in utero and was removed via Caesarean section.
