1. 1994-08-20: elephant trainer Allen Campbell fatal attack by Tyke (Mike). crushed to death after attempting to save fellow co-worker Dallas Beckwith from the performing elephant Tyke, who had run amok † Allen Campbell Died 1994-08-20, Neal S. Blaisdell Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Campbell's autopsy revealed that he had cocaine in his system.

Tyke (Mike) was born wild 1974 at Africa unspecified location.

In Honolulu, Hawaii, during a circus international performance, the female elephant Tyke crushed her trainer Allen Campbell to death before hundreds of horrified spectators, at the Neal Blaisdell Arena.
