Althoff was born * 1943-07-13 in Berlin Germany , son of director Adolf Althoff and director Maria Althoff

⚭ Married to Evi Althoff born 1941-06-19 Vienna in Austria .

Franz Althoff Jr. (Kisten Franz) founded the Circus Williams-Althoff (also known as Moscow Circus) and managed it until it was sold in 1996.

Then he started the “Horse Palace” project (tours: “Magic Forest”, “ Goa ”), a musical theater with horses.
