† Mopane is a dead Male ♂ African savanna elephant (Loxodonta africana), , who died 2019-12-00 at Camp Jabulani, in South Africa, . Official death reason described as viral EMC (Encephalomyocarditis).
Mopane was born wild 2017 at Kruger National Park, captured 2017-12-00 .
Orphaned in December 2017 in the Kruger Park. Succesfully rehabilitated and integrated into the herd, Mopane contracted virus called Encephalomyocarditis and sson died.
