  1. 2011-02-22: visitor unknown Swiss woman fatal attack by Bookburg. The pachyderm Bookburg attacked another elephant Buki during a tourist ride, and Bookburg later stomped to death a Swiss woman in her 60s who had the misfortune of being put on its back.   2. 2011-02-22: visitor Christine Colomb accident by Buki. Colomb fell off the elephant Buki after the elephant attacked by the elephant Bookburg. Mrs Colomb’s wounds were sustained when large tree branches hit her torso as the elephant fled in fear and were not deliberately inflicted by the animal. Christine Colomb Survived. Mrs Colomb suffered a broken rib and other injuries. Transported to Bangkok Hospital Phuket in Phuket City, where she was in intensive care (ICU) after the incident. Michel Colomb, 71, suffered minor injuries when he and his wife Christine Colomb fell of the elephant Buki, after the elephant Bookburg attacked the elephant Buki he was riding. Michel Colomb Survived. Transported to Bangkok Hospital Phuket in Phuket City, where he was released from the hospital after treatment for injuries including lacerations to the head, while his wife Christine Colomb had to remain longer time at the hospital, where she was in intensive care (ICU) after the incident.

Mrs Gothe suffered 12 fractured ribs, a punctured lung, and other injuries, when she fell of Buki, after the elephant Bookburg attacked the elephant she was riding. Helen Gothe Survived. Transported to Bangkok Hospital Phuket in Phuket City, from where she was released after two days. Mrs Gothe and her husband Sean Gothe, who sustained only minor injuries, returned to their native Australia on March 1.
  5. 2011-02-22: visitor Sean Gothe accident by Buki. Mr Gothe suffered minor injuries, when he fell of Buki, after the elephant Bookburg attacked the elephant Buki, he was riding. Sean Gothe Survived. Transported to Bangkok Hospital Phuket in Phuket City, from where he was released the same day. Mr Gothe and his wife Helene Gothe, who sustained 12 fractured ribs, a punctured lung, and other injuries, returned to their native Australia on March 1.
