According to the Research of Bob Cline, the elephant 'Ringling Eva' has the following information listed:
10 Nov 1923 - Ringling
00 000 1955 - Charles Gavin
00 000 1959 - Sold to Glenwood Zoo in Erie, PA

According to Billboard 08/20/1955, Eva, Jenny and Jewel were sold together to Charles Gavin in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

According to Buckles Woodcock, three older elephants from the Ringling Herd of 55 were left in Sarasota during the season - Ringling Jennie, Eva and Wallace Jewel.

Eva remained in Bridgeport quarters in 1924, 1925, and 1926.

"My grandfather used to take me to the Erie Zoo before he died in September 1950. Eva the elephant was there at that time. None of the information on the site fit with my experience. Ringling Eva did not arrive there until later and no other elephant fits that time frame."
