The last of the Michigan stands was at Benton Harbor on July 14 and on that day Cole Bros, received three small four year old elephants by express from New York City. They had been shipped from Rangoon, Burma, on April 20, 1937 only 31 days after being caught in the jungle so it was reported. The three punks were named Judy, Little Modoc, and Empress and became popular members of Eddie Allens elephant Herd. //Bandwagon
