In 2007, Dondi toured with Circus Flora.

From 2008-2010, Dondi was leased to the Southwick Zoo. She worked an educational "Elephant Facts" presentation and offered elephant rides.

Dondi was one of the last elephants trained by Mac MacDonald and at one time did a one leg stand on a ball.
