Tara
Asian elephant (Elephas maximus) at
Sole Brothers Circus in Australia

Tara was born unknown 1958.

1963: Shipped to Australia from Singapore.

1963: A whole Group of elephants arrived in that shipment including Tara who was also quarantined at Adelaide and went on to Perth Zoo where they couldnt handle her so she was eventually sold to Sole Bros Circus.

1981-12: fell from a semi trailer, sustaining a gash to the head above the right eye.
