Löcky
Asian elephant (Elephas maximus) at

Löcky was born wild 1898.

Lukhi, who grew to be a very large cow indeed, had been presented to the Zoological Society by the maharadja of Benares on 15 June 1903.

In the early 1920´s, she bolted while on riding duty and was sold to the dealer Chapman on 29 december 1923. It is belived that Lukhi died in a german circus in 1945.
