Comments / picturesTropicanim was a famous and large animal dealer in France in the 1960s and the 1970s. It was closed in 1970s after a big scandal when huge piles of dead animals (mostly monkeys, birds, small carnivores) were found in their main facilities. They imported and sold many young elephants.
