Raymond & Ogden added an ounce or snow leopard in 1834, at least their advertising claimed one. We find this rather unlikely, considering the rarity of these beasts. Otherwise, their Group of animals was unchanged. In late season they adopted the title Raymond, Ogden, Waring & Co. This name introduced Hiram Waring, who was to become a longtime partner of Raymond.

In 1835, the menagerie became part of The Zoological Institute.
