The elephants was sourced from three locations, the first Group were sourced from Karum, close to Muchinson\'s National Park, south of Victoria Nile. The second location were elephants were captured was Chambura, bordering Queen Elizabeth Park. The third source of location was Semliki, close to Toro at the Rwenzori mountains.

1973-1975: Over 50 elephants caught and transferred; 25 to Great Adventure in New Jersey, 15 to Firma Ruhe in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, and 10 to West Midlands, UK.
